<br />TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />WE, the undersigned owners of the property described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, do
<br />hereby petition the City of Paris to disannex this area out of the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Texas because of the City's inability to provide adequate services to the area.
