Regular City Council Meeting <br />September 22, 2008 <br />Page 6 <br />18. Deliberate on possible future agenda items. <br />City Clerk, Janice Ellis, stated the future agenda items scheduled for September 29, 2008 are <br />to discuss a resolution supporting Trails de Paris, talk about the Public Education program, and after <br />the Tax rate is passes adopt a disannexation ordinance. <br />Council Member Pickle asked for an update on Casa Bonita, an update on goals and <br />objectives, an updated on water and sewer replacement, and an update on the ditch maintenance <br />report. <br />Council Member McCarthy asked for a plan on how City staff would going to address clean- <br />up of the right-of-ways. <br />Council Member Brown asked for a discussion item regarding taping of all council meetings. <br />It was a consensus of Council that a monthly report be provided on the progress of demolition <br />of dilapidated houses. <br />19. Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Brown <br />and seconded by Council Member McCarthy. Motion carried, 7 ayes - 0 nays.
