PART II: RRC SCORING CRITERIA RESPONSE SHEET Council of Government: The following format must be used when submitting the Part II (RRC Scoring Criteria Response Sheet) information to ORCA. For this portion, of the CD application applicants must follow the guidelines established by the 2009 / 2010 Regional Review Committee (RRC) Guidebook for their region. This section of the application must be completed and submitted to ORCA along with the other sections of this application by the 2009 / 2010 CD application deadline of September 30, 2008. Providing each answer consists of three steps; identifying the scoring criteria / question by number or by name, providing the response information to the criteria, and attaching the verifiable data source. If the data source is included in Part I of the ORCA 2009 / 2010 CD Application, it is not necessary to reattach the data source here (Example: Table 1, Table 2, Form 424). Repeat the steps for each scoring criteria as necessary, depending on the number of criteria / questions in the RRC Guidebook for the region.
