The RFQ Review Committee (comprised of Will Biazd, Pike Burkhart, Kevin <br />Carruth, Pete Kampfer, Kent McIlyar, Shawn 'Napier, and Lisa Wright) interviewed Consensus Planning <br />and BWR Engineering on September 29. In addition to a 90 minute interview of each firm, the <br />Committee also checked several references and reviewed examples of other strategic plans completed by <br />the firms. The Review Committee recommends Consensus Planning based on the firm's capabilities, <br />previous experience, approach to the project, and emphasis on community input. Consensus Planning <br />will gave an abbreviated presentation of their proposal to a joint meeting of the City Council and the <br />PEDC Board of Directors. Examples of the firm's work were sent to each Council Members at the <br />beginning of November.
