Work Performance: <br />Design of all our projects are completed using AutoCAD computer designed software, which <br />greatly increases the quality and accuracy of our designs. This, combined with the personal <br />pride that all of our employees take in their work, results in a high level of design quality. <br />Qualificatiorzs and Capacity to Perform: <br />• With a staff of six professional engineers and twenty-six total full-time employees, we <br />can offer the stability and flexibility of somewhat larger firms, while still maintaining a <br />size that allows the principals of the firm to be directly involved with every client. <br />• Our six professional engineers have a combined total of over 100 years of professional <br />engineering experience. To assist our professional engineers, we have one Engineer-in- <br />Training. <br />• Construction drawings are prepared at our four AutoCAD workstations by our AutoCAD <br />technicians, each of which are currently operating with AutoCAD release 2005. <br />• We operate two survey crews to perform any necessary design surveying. <br />• We also offer project inspection services either on a full-time or part-time basis. <br />• All of these services are supported by our administrative staff of 5 employees who also <br />prepare contract documents and conduct the administrative aspects of our projects, <br />including bid and award process, processing partial payment estimates, change orders, <br />etc. <br />• Regarding professional liability insurance, a copy of our Certificate of Coverage is <br />included in this proposal.
