Don Holladay, 3935 Oleander - he said he had a problem with not being allowed to speak longer than two monutes and talk about anything he wanted to talk about. Jerry Dudley, 351 Bent Tree - spoke in support of the Maxey Riflemen Club and asked Council to consider extending the lease. Billy Bell, 2054 Cleveland Street - he opposed the increase in sanitation rates and the City making a profit. Jack Hoskins, Box 419, CR 35975 - he requested disannexation of 38 acres located on 31700 CR. Consent Agenda Mayor Freelen stated that City Council had covered the consent agenda items in the work session and inquired if anyone desired to have additional discussion. No additional discussion was requested. Council Member Biard made a Motion to approve the Consent Agenda and Council Member Kear seconded the Motion. The Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt Consent Agenda Items 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. 5. Deliberate and act on the approval of minutes from the meetings on October 27, 2008; November 10, 2008; and November 17, 2008. 6.
