<br />presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />All those certain tracts or parcels ofland in Lamar County, Texas, described <br />in deed as Tracts One and Two from Freeman Roxie Safford to Kenneth Scott <br />Baxley, recorded in Volume 1004, Page 200, Real Property Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas, being number 2800 3rd Street S.E., and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Tract One: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the James King Survey, Abstract No. 511, and <br />being a part ofa 50 acre tract ofland described in deed recorded in Volume 286, Page <br />107, Lamar County Deed Records, being part of Lot 2, City Block 342, and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the east boundary line ofFM Highway No. <br />1497, this point being 40 feet east of the west boundary line of the King Survey, and <br />184 feet north and 40 feet east of the southwest comer of the above-mentioned 50 <br />acre tract ofland; <br />THENCE East a distance of 313 feet to an iron pipe; <br />THENCE North a distance of288 feet to an iron pipe in the south boundary <br />line of Loop 286; <br />THENCE with the south boundary line of Loop 286 as follows: South 81 <br />Deg. 55 Min. West a distance of229 feet to a concrete monument; South 40 Deg. 30 <br />Min. West a distance of 122.5 feet to a concrete monument; <br />THENCE South with the east boundary line ofFM Highway No. 1497 a <br />distance of 182 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1. 848 acres ofland, and <br />being the same property described in deed to Francis R. Safford and wife, Freeman <br />R Safford, dated November 19, 1973, of record in Volume 553, Page 798, Lamar <br />County Deed Records; reference being made to all the above-mentioned instruments <br />and records for all necessary purposes. <br />Tract Two: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the James King Survey, and being a part ofa 76.8 <br />acre tract ofland described in deed from Nellie Brooks Bradley et al to W. Claude <br />Walker on February 21, 1947, recorded in Volume 290, Page 565, Lamar County <br />Deed Records, being part of Lot 2, City Block 342, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the east boundary line ofF. M. Highway No, 1497 <br />at a point 182 feet south of the south boundary line of Loop 286, said point being also <br />422 feet south and 40 feet east from the northwest comer of said Bradley et ai-Walker <br />76.8 acre tract ofland; <br />THENCE East a distance of 313 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE South a distance of209 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE West a distance 0013 feet to a stake; <br />
