presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: All those certain tracts or parcels ofland in Lamar County, Texas, described in deed as Tracts One and Two from Freeman Roxie Safford to Kenneth Scott Baxley, recorded in Volume 1004, Page 200, Real Property Records of Lamar County, Texas, being number 2800 3rd Street S.E., and being more particularly described as follows: Tract One: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the James King Survey, Abstract No. 511, and being a part ofa 50 acre tract ofland described in deed recorded in Volume 286, Page 107, Lamar County Deed Records, being part of Lot 2, City Block 342, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the east boundary line ofFM Highway No. 1497, this point being 40 feet east of the west boundary line of the King Survey, and 184 feet north and 40 feet east of the southwest comer of the above-mentioned 50 acre tract ofland; THENCE East a distance of 313 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE North a distance of288 feet to an iron pipe in the south boundary line of Loop 286; THENCE with the south boundary line of Loop 286 as follows: South 81 Deg. 55 Min.
