<br />189, on property requested by LEROY CLARKSON, AGENT FOR BOBBY STILLWELL, <br />OWNER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, No. 479, about 3/4th of <br />a mile west of the City of Paris Courthouse on the north side of Bonham Street <br />(formerly Paris Boulevard), being Lot 7, City Block 189, and being the same property <br />described as Tract One in deed from James Edward Andrew to Bobby Stillwell <br />recorded June 26, 2000, in Volume 987, Page 115, Real Property Records of Lamar <br />County, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the north boundary line of Bonham Street at a <br />point 70 feet west from the southwest comer of a lot conveyed by M. M. Fowler to <br />John H. Helm by deed dated July 29, 1892, and recorded in Volume 72, Page 390, <br />Lamar County Deed Records; <br />THENCE West with said north boundary line a distance of70 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE North a distance of 150 feet to a stake in the south boundary line <br />of a 20 foot wide alley; <br />THENCE East with the south boundary line of said alley a distance of70 feet <br />to a stake; <br />THENCE South a distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning, and being the <br />same property described in deed from Ralph Edward Deyhle to Crow Laundry & <br />Cleaners, dated November 2, 1994, and recorded in Volume 487, Page 229, Lamar <br />County Real Property Records, being number 1334 Bonham Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofa Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective June 1, 200 I. <br />
