<br />CITY BLOCK 64-B, on property belonging to THE CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER OF <br />PARIS, INe., so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO- F AMIL Y <br />DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br />DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part ofthe Isaiah Davis Survey, No. 253, being a tract of <br />land owned by Hardy Moore et ai, being Lot 13, City Block 64-B, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin in the north boundary line of Pine Bluff Street at <br />the southwest corner of the Moore tract ofland, this point being a distance of 475 <br />feet east from the east boundary line of 6th Street N.E.; <br />THENCE EAST with the north boundary line of Pine Bluff Street a distance <br />of 50.2 feet, an iron pin at the southeast corner ofthe Moore tract ofland; <br />THENCE NORTH 1 Deg. 23 Min. East with an existing fence a distance of <br />187.3 feet, a post at the present northeast corner of the Moore tract; <br />THENCE SOUTH 88 Deg. 47 Min. West with an existing fence a distance <br />of 51.5 feet, an iron pin at the present northwest corner of the Moore tract ofland; <br />THENCE SOUTH 0 Deg. 59 Min. West with an existing fence a distance of <br />186.2 feet to the place of beginning, and being the same property described in deed <br />to Mary Moore Searight dated May 3 1, 1989, ofrecord in Volume 94, Page 18, <br />Lamar County Real Property Records; reference being made to all the above <br />mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes, being number 727 <br />Pine Bluff Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofa Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2001. <br />
