<br />DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br />as a MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT--1 (MF-l), and that the boundaries of said <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey #778, being a part ofa <br />tract #2 as shown in deed to Raymond McCulley as recorded in Volume 454, Page <br />360A, ofthe Deed Records of said County and State, being Lot 13B, City Block 157, <br />and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the southwest corner of said <br />McCulley tract of land; <br />THENCE NORTH along the east boundary line of! st Street S.W. a distance <br />of 70 feet to an iron pin for corner at the northwest corner of said tract of land; <br />THENCE EAST a distance of 108 feet to an iron pin for corner in the north <br />boundary line of said McCulley tract of land; <br />THENCE SOUTH a distance of 70 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE WEST along the north boundary line of Long Avenue a distance <br />of 108 feet to the place of beginning and containing 7560 sq. ft. of area, being <br />number 1095 1st Street S.W. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map ofthe City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any ofthe provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofaMisdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6.
