<br />in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part ofthe Hiram Williams Survey, also being Lot 4, City <br />Block 257-A, being the same property described in deed from Jeffery Slagle and wife <br />Patricia Slagle to Max Killingsworth, Jr., recorded on September 5,2000, in Volume <br />1007, Page 173, Real Property Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the south boundary line ofE. Cherry Street at the <br />northwest comer of a lot conveyed by P. M. Warlick, et ai, to Annie May Warlick on <br />October 9, 1925, by deed of record in Volume 213, Page 46, Lamar County Deed <br />Records, this point being also the northwest comer of a lot conveyed by Annie May <br />Warlick to H. L. Rayon December 31, 1946, by deed of record in Volume 296, Page <br />21, Lamar County Deed Records; <br />THENCE east with the south boundary line of E. Cherry Street a distance of <br />92 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE south a distance of 220 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE west a distance of92 feet to a stake in the west boundary line of the <br />Warlick/Ray lot; <br />THENCE north with said west boundary line a distance of 220 feet to the <br />place of beginning, being the same property described in deed to Jeffery Glenn Slagle <br />and wife, Patricia Slagle, dated September 1, 1998, recorded in Volume 807, Page <br />238, Lamar County Real Property Records; reference being made to all the above- <br />mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes; being number 2354 <br />E. Cherry Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective Apri11, 2001. <br />
