<br />as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Joshua Moore Survey #571, being a part of a <br />called 19.63 acre tract and a called 0.78 acre tract ofland conveyed Jean B. Stephens <br />by deed recorded in Volume 292, Page 19, of the Real Property Records of said <br />County and State, being Lot 1, City Block 313, and being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the northeast <br />corner of said 19.63 acre tract, said point being the northwest comer of a tract of land <br />owned by W. Elmore Skidmore; <br />THENCE South 1 Deg 00 Min. 56 Sec. East along a fence along the east <br />boundary line of said 19.63 acre tract and the west boundary line of said Skidmore <br />tract a distance of 413.52 ft. to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the <br />northeast comer of a 14.001 acre tract of land surveyed the same day, being <br />December 8, 1998, by J. M. Nelson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor; <br />THENCE South 77 Deg. 07 Min. 47 Sec. West a distance of 664.73 ft. to a <br />capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the northwest comer of said 14.001 <br />acre tract; <br />THENCE North 0 Deg. 38 Min. 40 Sec. West along the east boundary line <br />of 47th Street S.E. a distance of 342.92 ft. to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for <br />comer at the westerly northwest comer of said 19.63 acre tract; <br />THENCE along the southerly boundary line of U. S. Hwy 82/Lamar A venue <br />as follows: North 82 Deg. 03 Min. 17 Sec. East a distance of 9.15 ft. to a capped <br />(JMN - 4025) iron pin (s); North 54 Deg. 45 Min. 19 Sec. East a distance of 137.53 <br />ft. to a concrete marker (f); easterly around a curve (R=2924.79', C=North 76 Deg. <br />32 Min. 26 sec. East 293.30 ft.) to the left a distance of 293.42 ft. to a capped (JMN - <br />4025) iron pin (frs); North 73 Deg. 40 Min. East a distance of 247.94 ft. to the place <br />of beginning and containing 5.861 acres of land; being located in the 4700 block of <br />Lamar A venue. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br />
