<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE <br />HOMES be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT lOA, CITY BLOCK 75, on property <br />belonging to WILMA CRAIN ON BEHALF OF TAMMIE GREEN, so as to include in such ONE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE <br />HOMES the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOMES, <br />be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part ofthe Isaiah Davis Survey, Abstract No, 253, being <br />Lot lO-A, City Block 75, being the same property described in deed from Ricky Lee <br />Brooks et a1 to Wilma Crain, dated February 9, 1987, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron rod (s) in the south boundary line of E. Provine <br />Street, said point being the northeast comer of a tract of land owned by Carolyn J. <br />Gaffney, et ai, and the northwest comer of said Crain tract of land; <br />THENCE South 870 54' 03" East a distance of 46.14 feet; <br />THENCE South 870 54' 17" East a distance of 50.01 feet to an iron rod (s) for <br />comer; <br />THENCE South 01008' 32" West a distance of 93.19 feet to an iron rod (s) <br />for comer; <br />THENCE South 880 59' 53" West a distance of 92.71 feet to an iron rod (s) <br />for comer; <br />THENCE North 000 53' 39" West a distance of 98.32 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.207 acres of land; being number 408 E. Provine Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official ofthe City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effecti ve April 1, 2001. <br />
