Nelson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor of Texas, #4025 <br /> <br />LPMe139 Disk-278 SpurHwy.139 RRussell#786 <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES <br /> <br />Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, <br />a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being a called 17.52 acre tract of land conveyed The <br />Sanitarium of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 259, Page 75, of the Deed Records of said County and <br />State. <br />Beginning a concrete marker (f) for comer at the present Southeast comer of said 17.52 acre tract, <br />said point being in the West Boundary Line of a called 12 acre tract of land conveyed A.G. Holmes by <br />deed recorded in Vol. 283, Page 395, of said Deed Records. <br />Thence North 0'57'22" West along the center of an old Road along the East Boundary Line of said <br />Russell Survey and the West Boundary Line of said 12 acre tract and the Wesley Askins Survey #7, a <br />distance of 686.06 feet to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner at the Northeast corner of said <br />17.52 acre tract, said point being the Southeast corner of a called 12.5 acre tract of land conveyed Dr. <br />R.L. Lewis by deed recorded in Vol. 313, Page 176, of said Deed Records; <br />Thence South 89'20'23" West along a fence along the South Boundary Line of said 12.5 acre tract a <br />distance of 1084.95 feet to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) at an old stake (f) for comer at the <br />Northwest corner of said 17.52 acre tract and the Northeast corner of a called 12.12 acre tract of land <br />conveyed Priscilla Lewis Darling et al by deed recorded in Vol. 510, Page 296, of the Real Property <br />Records of said County and State; <br />Thence South 0'09'34" East along a fence a distance of 690.04 feet to a concrete marker (f) for <br />comer at the present Southwest corner of said 17.52 acre tract and the present Southeast corner of said <br />12.12 acre tract; <br />Thence along the Northerly Boundary Line of Spur Hwy. 139 as follows: South 76'45'58" East a <br />distance of 103.51 feet to a concrete marker (f); North 89'07'20" East a distance of 649.97 feet to a <br />capped (JMN _ 4025) iron pin (s); North 75'05'58" East a distance of 103.07 feet to a concrete marker (f); <br />North 89'06'23" East a distance of 244.18 feet to the place of beginning and containing 17.646 acres of <br />land. <br /> <br />I, J.M.
