<br />DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- <br />COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb), RESIDENCE HOME FOR AGED, be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITU A TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the William Driggers Survey #281, and a part of <br />the Isaac Cruise Survey #162, and being a part of a 22.5 acre tract of land conveyed <br />Ora Morris by deed recorded in Volume 352, Page 290, also being a part of a 161.5 <br />acre tract oflandconveyed H. E. Morris by deed recorded in Volume 265, Page 457, <br />of the Deed Records of said County and State, also being Lot 6, City Block 331, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the east boundary line of Loop Highway <br />286 at the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed The Boy Scouts by deed <br />recorded in Volume 426, Page 351, of said Deed Records, said point being north a <br />distance of 250 feet from the north boundary line of Graham Street. <br />THENCE east a distance of 116.4 feet to a stake for corner at the northeast <br />corner of said Boy Scout tract of land, said point being north a distance of 300 feet <br />from the southeast corner of said 22.5 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE north a distance of 497 feet to a stake for corner at the northeast <br />corner of said 22,5 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE east along the Cruise-Driggers common survey line a distance of <br />406 feet to a stake for corner at the southeast corner of said 161.5 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE north a distance of 1758 feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE west along the south boundary line of Campbell Street a distance of <br />242 feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE along the east boundary line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: S <br />700 W a distance of 132 feet; southerly around a curve to the left a distance of 961 <br />feet; south a distance of 1268 feet to the place of beginning and containing 21.10 <br />acres of land, less 1.543 acre conveyed the Texas Highway Department, and being <br />located in the 3600 block of Loop 286 N. W. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan <br />in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with the <br />procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br />Council prior to the issuance of any building permits, <br /> <br />Section 4. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to <br />change the Zoning Map ofthe City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and <br />every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be <br />deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 7. That this ordinance shall become effective May 1, 200 I. <br />
