L. Vanlandingham by L. D. <br />Evans and wife on February 25, 1910, recorded in Volume 132, Page 197, Lamar <br />County Deed Records, being Lot 33, City Block 160, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the southwest corner of William Swain's lot; <br />THENCE south with the east boundary line of said Jefferson Street a distance of <br />52.25 feet, more or less, to a stake; <br />THENCE east a distance of 206.25 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE north a distance of 52,25 feet, more or less, to a stake in Swain's <br />southeast comer; <br />THENCE west a distance of 206.25 feet to the place of beginning, being the <br />same property as described in deed from Cecil McFarland et ux to Dick Wright dated <br />July 21, 1967, recorded in Volume 458, Page 370, Lamar County Deed Records, less 50 <br />feet off the entire east side thereof, heretofore conveyed to Lillian Patterson on <br />December 14, 1955, and being number 1127 3rd Street S.E. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to <br />change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and <br />every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be <br />deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective May 1, 2001. <br />
