<br />EXHffiIT A <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF SIMMONS DRIVE TO BE CWSED <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Enoch Crow Survey, being a fifty <br />(50) foot street located in Block E of the East Suburban Estates Addition to the <br />City of Paris, as the same appears of record in Volume 5, Page 57 of the Lamar <br />County Plat Records, between Pine Mill Road and Nole Drive, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block E, East Suburban <br />Estates Addition, being in the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane; <br />THENCE West along the south boundary line of Lot 1 a distance of <br />approximately 150 feet to a point being the southwest corner of said Lot 1; <br />THENCE South a distance of 50 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 5 in <br />Block A of said Addition; <br />THENCE East along the north boundary line of said Lot 5, Block A, a <br />distance of approximately 150 feet to a point being the northeast corner of said Lot <br />5; <br />THENCE North along the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane a <br />distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 7,500 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />
