49, 47, AND 45, AND PART OF LOT 43, BLOCK 2 OF THE LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, on property belonging to DAVID MCLAUGHLIN, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the George W. Cox Survey and being Lots 49,47, and 45, and the south V20fLot 43, all in Block 2 of the re-subdivision of Lamar Terrace Addition as the same appears of record in Book 1, Page 47, Lamar County Plat Records, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the west boundary line of 39th Street at the southeast corner of Lot 49; THENCE North with the west boundary line of 39th Street and the east boundary line of Lots 49, 47, 45, and 43 a distance of 70 feet to a point in the east boundary line of Lot 43, which point is 10 feet north of the southeast corner of said lot; THENCE West and parallel with the south boundary line of Lot 43 a distance of 125 feet to the east boundary line of an alley; THENCE South with the east boundary line of said alley and the west boundary line of Lots 43, 45, 47, and 49 a distance of 70 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 49; THENCE East with the southeast line of Lot 49 a distance of 135 feet to the place of beginning, being number 206 24th Street S.E. Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective November 1, 2002.
