<br />EXHmIT A <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF ALLEY TO BE CLOSED <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, being a fifteen <br />(15) foot alley located in Block 4 of the S. J. Wright Addition to the City of Paris <br />from the west boundary line of 18th Street S. W. and the east boundary line of 19th <br />Street S.W. between Bonham Street (U.S. Hwy 82) and W. Kaufman Street, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, S. J. Wright <br />Addition, being in the west boundary line of 18th Street S. W. ; <br />THENCE West along the south boundary lines of Lots 1 through 8 a <br />distance of approximately 400 feet to a point being the southwest corner of said Lot <br />8, in the east boundary line of 19th Street S.W.; <br />THENCE South along the east boundary line of 19th Street S. W. a distance <br />of 15 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 9-B in said Block 4; <br />THENCE East along the north boundary lines of Lots 9-B through 16 a <br />distance of approximately 400 feet to a point being the northeast corner of said Lot <br />16; <br />THENCE North along the west boundary line of 18th Street S.W. a <br />distance of 15 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6,000 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />
