<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the <br />boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) be; and the same are hereby, established as <br />follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract 524, <br />and being a part of a called 89.746 acre tract conveyed to Benton Rainey by a deed <br />as recorded in Volume 844, Page 254, of the Real Property Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a 3/8" iron pin at the Southeast corner of a called 1.881 <br />acre tract conveyed to Benton Rainey by a deed recorded in Volume 844, Page <br />238, of the Real Property Records of said Lamar County, Texas, said Southeast <br />corner of said 1.881 acre tract being a Southwest comer of called 89.746 acre tract. <br />THENCE North 4 Deg. 34 Min. 27 Sec. East a distance of 324.11 ft. to a <br />metal post at the Northeast comer of said called 1.881 acre tract and at an el comer <br />of said called 89.746 acre tract, said post being the Northwest comer of this tract; <br />THENCE South 83 Deg. 57 Min. 16 Sec. East a distance of268.8 ft. to an <br />iron rod at the Northeast comer of this tract; <br />THENCE South 4 Deg. 34 Min. 27 Sec. West a distance of 324.11 ft to an <br />iron rod at the Southeast comer of this tract; <br />THENCE North 83 Deg. 57 Min. 16 Sec. West along the North side of <br />Farm Road 1507 and Jefferson Road a distance of 268.8 ft. to the place of <br />beginning, containing a total of2 acres ofland, and being located in the 3400 block <br />of Jefferson Road. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fmed in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day I S continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2003. <br />
