<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) be, and the <br />same is hereby, established on PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259, on property belonging to <br />DONALD G. WILSON, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- <br />RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br />and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that <br />the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - RETAIL SHOPPING <br />CENTER (PD-a) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, and being <br />a part of City Block 259 of the City of Paris, and also a part of a 73.53 acre tract <br />of land described in a deed to Sally H. McCoy, et al, of record in Volume 1037, <br />Page 183, Real Property Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point for corner, same being the Southeast corner of Lot <br />18 in Block 3 of the Town North Estates Addition to the City of Paris as shown of <br />plat of record in Envelope 218-B, Plat Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE South to a point for corner in the North Boundary Line of Pine <br />Mill Road; <br />THENCE in a Westerly direction with the North Boundary Line of Pine <br />Mill Road to a point for corner at the Southeast corner of Lot 13 in City Block 259 <br />of the City of Paris as shown on plat of record in Envelope350-D, Plat Records of <br />Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE in a Northerly direction with the East Boundary Line of said Lot <br />13, City Block 259, to a point for corner being the Northeast comer of said Lot 13, <br />City Block 259; <br />THENCE in a Westerly direction with the North Boundary Line of said Lot <br />13, City Block 259, to a point for comer in the East Boundary Line of North <br />Collegiate Drive; <br />THENCE in a Northerly direction with the East Boundary Line of North <br />Collegiate Drive to a point for comer, same being the Southwest comer of Lot 18 <br />in Block 3 of the Town North Estates Addition to the City of Paris, as shown on <br />plat of record in Envelope 218-B Plat Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South Boundary Line of said Lot <br />18 in Block 3 of the Town North Estate Addition to the place of beginning, and <br />being located in the 700 block of N. Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site <br />Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with <br />the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br />Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />
