<br />~, <br /> <br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) <br />be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Headright Survey, <br />also being a part of a 1 3/16 acre tract ofland conveyed to Howard E. Brazile and <br />wife, J. Eloise Brazile, by deed recorded in Volume 676, Page 568, Deed <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a P/K nail set at the Southwest comer of said 1 3/16 acre <br />tract of land, said nail also being in Price Street; <br />THENCE North 00020'34" East with the West line of said tract a distance <br />of272.25 feet to a W' steel rod set at the Northwest comer of said tract; <br />THENCE North 90000'00" East with the North line of said tract a distance <br />of74.00 feet to a found 3/4" pipe; <br />THENCE South 00050'44" East with a fence a distance of 143.05 feet to <br />a fence post; <br />THENCE South 00041'17" West a distance of129.23 feet to aPIKnai1 in <br />Price Street on the South line of said 1 3/16 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 90000'00" West with said South line a distance of76.19 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 0.475 acres ofland, being number <br />2621 E. Price Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed <br />$2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated <br />sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6.
