<br />or malt liquors, or medicated bitters, in quantities less than one

<br />dollars; and for selling in quantities more than five gallons,

<br />SEC. 2. All occupation taxes levied by this ordinance shall
<br />be paid as follows: Wherever it is indicated that it shall be paid
<br />in advance, the whole of the tax shall be paid for one year, before
<br />engaging in the business, calling, or profession. In all other cases
<br />where the tax is five dollars or less, the tax shall be paid for one
<br />year in advance, and when the tax is more than five and not ex-
<br />ceeding ten dollars, it may be~paid~semi-annually, in advance, and
<br />when the tax is more than ten;dollars, it may be paid quarterly in
