EXHIBIT A DESCRIYfION OF ALLEY/STREET TO BE CLOSED SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the City Block 255-A (formerly known as the L. Townsend Addition), and being a portion of a thirty (30) foot wide street known as 27th Street N. E. from the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street going South approximately 150.5 feet to the North Boundary Line of Lot 10, City Block 255-A, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for corner in the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, also being the Northwest corner of Lot 13-A, City Block 255-A; THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 13-A, a distance of 150.5 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Lot 10, also being the Southwest corner of said Lot 13-A; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of said Lot 10, a distance of 30 feet to a point for corner being the Southeast corner of Lot 12, City Block 255-A; THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of said Lot 12, a distance of 150.5 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, also being the Northeast corner of said Lot 12; THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street a distance of 30 feet to the place of beginning and containing approximately 4,515 square feet of land.
