<br />"9. A copy of all trip tickets shall be maintained for a period of <br />five (5) years for all parties except the generator who shall <br />maintain a copy for a minimum of one (1) year. <br /> <br />"Denial, suspension, revocation of permit. <br /> <br />"a. The authority may deny a permit if it is determined that an <br />applicant has not performed the requirements of sections <br />34-131(c)(I) and 34-13 I (c)(3) of this article and may suspend a <br />permit if it is determined that a permittee: <br /> <br />"1. Is not qualified under section 34-13 I (c)(l) of this article, <br /> <br />"2. Has violated a provision of this article. <br /> <br />"3. Has failed to pay a required fee. <br /> <br />"4. Has failed to comply with maintenance or inspection <br />requirements. <br /> <br />"b. The City may revoke for a period of one (1) year or less all <br />permits held by a transporter if the transporter or one (I) of his <br />employees violates any of the provisions of this article, any rule <br />or regulation promulgated by the City, or applicable provisions <br />of state or federal laws. <br /> <br />"c. A permittee whose permit is suspended or revoked shall not <br />collect, transport, or dispose of any waste materials within the <br />jurisdiction of the City. <br /> <br />"(5) Show cause hearing. The City or its duly authorized representative <br />may order any permitted transporter to show cause before the City <br />why the proposed suspension or revocation action should not be <br />taken. A notice shall be served on the transporter specifying the time <br />and place of a hearing to be held by the City or its representative <br />regarding the violation, the reasons why the action is to be taken, and <br />directing the transporter to show cause before the City why the <br />proposed action should not be taken. The notice of the hearing shall <br />be served personally or by registered or certified mail at least ten (10) <br />days before the hearing. Service may be made on any person, or any <br />agent or officer of a corporation, <br /> <br />"(6) Fees. <br /> <br />"a. Permits. Each person shall include with an application for permit an <br />initial fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), with an annual renewal <br />fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), <br /> <br />45 <br />
