<br />"Control manhole, A manhole giving access to a building sewer at a point before <br />the building sewer discharge mixes with other discharges in the public sewer. <br /> <br />"Control point. The person designated by the city manager <br />to enforce this chapter on behalf of the City and other such duties as designated by <br />the city manager. <br /> <br />"Flow-weighted (or flow proportional) composite sample, A composite sample <br />in which twelve (12) or more aliquots have been proportioned either by varying the <br />volume of each aliquot in accordance to the flow within a fixed time or collecting a <br />fixed volume for each aliquot by varying the time interval according to changing <br />flow. <br /> <br />"Garbage. Animal and vegetable wastes and residue from the preparation, <br />cooking and dispensing of food and from the handling, processing, storage and sale <br />of food products and produce. <br /> <br />"Generator.
