<br />That We, Haskell Bratcher and wife, Elaine Bratcher, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas,
<br />
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable
<br />
<br />consideration to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />
<br />acknowledged, have Granted, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell, and Convey
<br />
<br />unto the CITY OF P ARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing
<br />
<br />address is P. O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated
<br />
<br />in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows:

<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar,
<br />and State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being Lot 7, City Block
<br />90-A, described in deed from W. T. Irion to Haskell Bratcher and wife, Elaine
<br />Bratcher, dated August 6, 1955, and recorded in Volume 232, Page 160, Deed
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and also the same property conveyed by O. W.
<br />Boswell, Trustee, on August 2, 1955, and being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a stake in the north boundary line of Boothe Street, the
<br />southeast corner of lot described in deed from G. T. Wortham and wife to J. S.
<br />Minton, dated July 7, 1881, recorded in Deed Book L-2, Page 366 of the Lamar
<br />County Deed Records, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />THENCE East with the north boundary line of said street a distance of 150
<br />feet to a stake in the west boundary line of3rd Street N.W., formerly designated Mill
<br />Street;
<br />THENCE North with the west boundary line of said street a distance of 75
<br />feet, a stake;
<br />THENCE West a distance of 150 feet, a stake in the east boundary line of said
<br />Minton lot;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 75 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular,
<br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF PARIS, its
<br />successors and assigns forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and
<br />administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the said CITY
