<br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. ATC010161 <br /> <br />G.R.E.A.T. Program. A process and outcome analysis <br />evaluation will be conducted every year. This <br />evaluation will require the LOCAL GOVERNMENT to permit <br />evaluators designated by ATF to conduct G.R.E.A.T. - <br />related interviews, establish focus groups of officers, <br />school administrators, teachers, and students and <br />administer relevant pre and post-tests. <br /> <br />(3) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT agrees to allow an officer(s) to <br />complete G.R.E.A.T. Officer Training, teach the <br />G.R.E.A.T. curriculum, complete G.R.E.A.T. Management <br />Leader training, and assist the National Training Team as <br />a Team Leader. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT agrees to provide <br />the services of said Team Leader(s) for G.R.E.A.T. <br />training sessions during the period. of performance of this <br />agreement at the rate of 2 weeks per $50,000 of award. <br /> <br />$50,000 2 <br />$100,000 4 <br />$150,000 6 <br />$200,000 8 <br />$250,000 10 <br />$300,000 12 <br />$350,000 14 <br />$400,000 16 <br /> <br />Amount of Award <br /> <br />Required Weeks <br /> <br />Local governments that are in their first year of federal <br />funding are excluded from the above requirement. However, <br />it is required that the LOCAL GOVERNMENT designate an <br />officer to complete team leader training. In the event <br />funding becomes available for the following year, the <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT will be required to provide an <br />officer(s) in accordance with paragraph 3 above. <br /> <br />(4) It is the responsibility of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT to <br />plan, initiate and oversee the completion of the <br />G.R.E.A.T. Program; to prepare bi-annual progress reports <br />and quarterly requests for payments; to certify the <br /> <br />Page 4 of 24 <br />
