Jenkins by deed <br />recorded in Vol. 41, Page 106, of the Real Property Records of <br />said County and State. <br />THENCE South 70 Oeg. 17 Min. 31 Sec. West along the South <br />Boundary Line of said 5.670 acre tract and the North Boundary <br />Line of said Jenkins tract at 106.05 feet passing an iron pin <br />(s) and an el corner of proposed 1st Street N.W., and at 160.15 <br />feet passing the proposed center line of said 1st Street N.W., <br />and continuing on a total distance of 208.49 feet to an iron <br />pin (s) for corner; <br />THENCE along the Westerly Ooundary Line of proposed 1st <br />Street N.W. as follows: Northerly around a curve (R=602.96 <br />feet, C=North 34 Oeg. 10 Min. 25 Sec. East 05.46 feet) to the <br />right a distance of 05.53 feet to an iron pin (s); North 30 <br />Oeg.14 Min. 15 Sec. East a distance of 62 feet to an iron pin <br />(s); Northerly around a curve (R=600.05 feet, C=North 31 Oeg. <br />17 Min. 42 Sec. East 145.06 feet) to the left a distance of <br />145.42 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner in the Easterly North <br />Boundary Line of said 5.670 acre tract, said point being in the <br />South Boundary Line of a lot conveyed D. S. Lane by deed <br />recorded in Vol. 296, Page 317, of said Oeed Records; <br />THENCE South 00 Oeg. 50 Min. 20 Sec.
