<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR
<br />THAT THE UNDERSIGNED, H -W INVESTMENTS, a Texas general partnership
<br />composed of WALKER G. P., L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, JOHN WINN
<br />HARRISON 111, SALLY H. McCOY, HARPER SIX FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
<br />a Texas limited partnership, THE DONALD GRANT WILSON 1998 TRUST, THE
<br />HOUSTON GREGORY WILSON 1998 TRUST, HOUSTON DAVID HARRISON, DONALD
<br />G. WILSON AND BARBARA H. WILSON, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor ", whether one or
<br />more, for and in consideration of distributing assets of H -W INVESTMENTS, has GRANTED and
<br />CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby GRANT and CONVEY the real property located
<br />in Lamar County, Texas, and being described as five parcels of land fully described on Exbibits
<br />A, B, C, D, & E save and except five parcels described on Exhibits F, G, H, I & J all attached
<br />to the following Grantees ( "Grantees") in the following undivided proportions: SALLY H.
<br />McCOY a 833% interest, HARPER SIX FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP a 41.67%
<br />interest, THE DONALD GRANT WILSON 1998 TRUST a 21% interest, THE HOUSTON
<br />GREGORY WILSON 1998 TRUST a 21% interest, HOUSTON DAVID HARRISON a 6.24%
<br />interest, DONALD G. WILSON a 0.88% interest, AND BARBARA H. WILSON s 0.88%
<br />interest.
<br />This conveyance, however, is made and accepted subject to any and all outstanding mineral
<br />interest, restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants and conditions, if any, relating to the
<br />hercinabove described property as now reflected by the records of the County Clerk of Lamar
<br />County, Texas.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described pn:mises, together with all and singular the
<br />rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, Grantee's heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns forever, and Grantor does hereby bind Grantor,
<br />Grantors heirs, executors, administrators, successors-and/or assigns to WARRANT AND
<br />FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, Grantee's heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns, against every person whomsoever claiming or
<br />to claim the same or any part thereof, by through or under the grantor herein.
