DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION SOUTHWEST REGION FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76193-0056 Lease No. DTFA07-93-L-OI143 Automatic Weather Observing/ Reporting System (A WOS) Cox Field, Paris, Texas SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. I THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 200 I, by and between the CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, whose address is: P.o. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government, WITNESSETH, That: WHEREAS, on the 25th day of February, 1993, the parties hereto entered into Lease No. DTF A07-93-L-01143 for the consideration and purposes more particularly stated in said lease; and, WHEREAS, the Government's Lease No. DTFA07-81-L-OII06, providing an area of land for the direction finder (DF) antenna site, expires by its terms on September 30, 2001; and, WHEREAS, the parties hereto mutually desire to add the DF antenna site to this lease. NOW THEREFORE, effective October 1,2001, the parties hereto mutually agree to amend the basic lease in the following particulars only, VIZ: Article I. Add the following: DIRECTION FINDER (DF) ANTENNA SITE A circular plot with a II O-feet radius centered on the direction finder (DF) antenna, an access road right-of-way, and necessary easements for cable routes and conduits under Runway 13/31, Runway 17/35, and Taxiway A, located on Cox Field, Paris, Texas, as more particularly shown on Exhibit "C", Drawing No. SW-D-9525, revised November 16, 1998, attached hereto and made a part hereof. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the basic lease are hereby ratified and except as amended hereinabove shall be and remain the same. EXHIBIT A I
