Work with local historians regarding the era the theater was built. <br /> <br />Obtain historical photographs ofthe history of Paris, the theater & the square <br />. Apply for a government grant - the building qualifies as a historical building. <br /> <br />. Apply for a liquor license solelv for the Supper Club and the Sports Club. <br /> <br />I am also informed by Mr. Henry VanBuren that there are several long-term residents of Paris <br />who have expressed an interest in this project and in serving on the Planning Committee for it. These <br />parties will be disclosed to the City prior to the closing of the transaction following the due diligence <br />which the Purchaser will commence after entering into a Contract with the Taxing Entities. <br /> <br />Please take this proposal under consideration and let me know what the process should be for <br />entering into the Contract with the Taxing Entities. I will volunteer to prepare the Contract of <br />Purchase.
