Please indicate below which <br />option the city or county wishes to choose to have the Authorized Official (the Mayor, City <br />Manager or County Judge) sign in the appropriate location. if there are any questions or if <br />assistance is needed, please call Sanzanna Lolis at 512-475-4832. <br /> <br />Please read the followlna carefullv.
