<br />OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR <br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION <br />GRANT ACCEPTANCE NOTICE <br /> <br />WF -02-V30-13420-05 <br />Paris, City of <br />Violent Crimes Against Women Unit <br /> <br />This Acceptance Notice should be signed by the authorized official named on the grant and returned to the <br />Criminal Justice Division (CJD) by November 10, 2002. The grantee will not receive any grant funds until this <br />notice is executed and returned to CJD. <br /> <br />Part I: <br /> <br />The authorized official for this grant project must read the following and indicate agreement by <br />signing this Acceptance Notice below: <br /> <br />. The authorized official for the grantee accepts the grant award. <br />. The authorized official, financial officer, and project director, referred to below as grantee officials, <br />agree to the terms of the grant, including the rules and documents adopted by reference in Title I, <br />Part I, Chapter 3, Texas Administrative Code. <br />. It is understood that a violation of any term of the grant may result in CJD placing a temporary hold on <br />grant funds, permanently deobligating all or part of the grant funds, requiring reimbursement for funds <br />already spent, or barring the organization from receiving future grants. <br />. The grantee officials understand that they must satisfy all special conditions placed on this grant <br />before receiving any funds. <br />.
