During the growing season, all areas will have maintenance (mowing) performed a <br />minimum of one (1) time per week, or as needed basis determined by the Parks <br />Superintendent. <br /> <br />2. Contractor is responsible for the following: Mow all existing grass or turf on property; <br />weed-eat around all fence lines, trees, tables, pavilions, playground equipment or other <br />applicable structures on property; edge all applicable concrete including curb and <br />sidewalks; remove all clippings; blow dust, clippings and leaves off hard surface areas; <br />trim applicable hedges and shrubs on property; remove weeds, debris and leaves from <br />any applicable flower beds. <br /> <br />3. The City of Paris will be responsible for fertilizing listed properties and pruning any <br />existing trees. <br /> <br />4. Bidders must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in commercial grounds <br />maintenance operations. <br /> <br />5. Bidders should include a list of references for whom they have performed grounds <br />maintenance during the past two (2) years. <br /> <br />6. Bidders must have current liability and workman's compensation insurance. <br /> <br />7. Bidders must use the attached bid form. <br />
