RESOLUTION NO. 2002-139 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED TO SESAME SOLUTIONS, LLC (FORMERLY SESACO CORPORATION) FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY THA TW AS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF PARIS IN EXCHANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED FROM SESAME SOLUTIONS, LLCTO THE CITY OF PARIS FOR mE ROAD RIGHT-OF-W AYTO THE CITY PUMP STATION WHICH CROSSES SESAME SOLUTIONS, LLC PROPERTY; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of the City of Paris previously purchased road right-of-way from Sesaco Corporation which was to be used for a road to the City Pump Station; and, WHEREAS, the current road to the City Pump Station crosses Sesame Solutions, LLC (formerly Sesaco Corporation) property and not the right-of-way that was purchased by the City for a road; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the City should deed the tract originally purchased back to Sesame Solutions LLC, in exchange for a new right-of-way deed from Sesame Solutions, LLC to the City of Paris, for the current road right-of-way which crosses the Sesame Solutions, LLC property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That a Right-of-Way Deed from the City of Paris to Sesame Solutions, LLC in a form acceptable to the City Attorney should in all things be approved, and the Mayor of the City of Paris be and he is hereby authorized to execute said deed on behalf of the City of Paris. Section 3. That a Right-of-Way Deed from Sesame Solutions, LLC to the City of Paris for the current road right-of-way to the City pump station which crosses Sesame Solutions, LLC. property, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, be accepted. Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after the date of passage. PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of August, 2002. ATTEST:
