The approved budget is reflected in the attached Budget Summary. This grant is subject to and conditioned upon acceptance of the Governor's Criminal Justice Division's rules in Title I, Part I, Chapter 3, Texas Administrative Code. Applicable special conditions are cited below. By signing and submitting the Grantee Acceptance Notice to CJD, the grant officials accept the responsibility for the grant project and certify their agreement to the conditions of grant funding. Special Conditions and Requirements: Other Condition(s) of Funding: Grantee must submit request to carryover generated program income no later than August 29, 2002. Other Condition(s) of Funding: Costs associated with Byrne or TNOA Annual Training Conferences will not be supported by this funding. Other Condition(s) of Funding: Vehicle Allowances: The maximum amount allowed for a vehicle lease is $600 per month.
