<br />quarterly with the Executive Director of the Housing Authority, or designee, in order to review <br /> <br />progress of the grant and discuss recommendations for improvements, if needed. <br /> <br />3. Police Officers of the City of Paris shall strive to walk, ride bicycles, and utilize <br /> <br />the patrol unit, or any other mechanism and equipment, to police the PHA housing in a community <br /> <br />policing effort to improve the safety of residents and relationship between residents and law <br /> <br />enforcement, with a primary objective being to eliminate illegal drugs, their use and trafficking. <br /> <br />4.
