<br />Water Treatment Plant Production <br /> <br /> <br />EXPERTISE IN REGULATORY COMPLIANCE <br />Beginning January 1, 2002, all surface water treabnent plans serving at least <br />10,000 people are required to meet the interim Enhanced Surface Water <br />Treabnent Rule (IESWfR) and the Stage I Disinfectants and Disinfection <br />Byproducts Rule <br />(D/DBPR): These r ~ ~ <br />rules require more <br />thorough <br />monitoring and <br />treabnent. <br />Principal-in-Charge, <br />Michael Morrison, <br />recently prepared a <br />regulator update <br />summarizes these <br />analyses. The <br />Freese and Nichols <br />Team is available to <br />assist the City of <br />Paris in meeting <br />current and <br />proposed <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REGULATORY UPDATE <br />Safe Drinking Water Act <br />Implementation <br /> <br />Freese and Nichols <br />has presented <br />workshops and <br />training seminars to <br />assist in the <br />implementation of <br />these new <br />regulations. <br /> <br />NThanks for taking the time to hold the rules and <br />regulations workshop yesterday. The workshop was <br />very informative. I was impressed with the handbook <br />we received at the workshop and feel it would be <br />beneficial for my operators to have one of the <br />handbooks.
