<br />Water Treatment Plant Production <br /> <br />-~~ <br /> <br />We believe that the key to the success to this project is a phased approach that <br />involves a committed project team devoted to seeing the project from preliminary <br />stages in determining the reliable water treatment plant capacity to the final stage of <br />planning and phasing of improvements. Our mission at Freese and Nichols is <br />Innovative approaches... .practical results. That's the way we do business, and that's <br />the spirit we bring to this Production Study of the Water Treatment Plant of <br />the City of Paris. The Freese and Nichols team is prepared to complete this <br />assignment with the City of Paris using the following approach. <br /> <br />'~ <br /> <br />~ <br />-_.~~------ <br /> <br /> <br />DATA ANALYSIS & fuTURE PROJECTIONS <br />Our team will review available engineering reports, operating reports, demand <br />projections and regional plans. The team will develop background data for the <br />assessment phase and analyze population, service areas and industrial growth that <br />affect the water treatment plant. Freese and Nichols has provided water planning <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />services in 232 of the 254 counties in Texas, and was the prime engineer or <br />subconsultant in 8 of the 16 water planning regions established under Senate Bill 1 <br />Part of the work under these Senate Bill 1 projects included evaluating current water <br />supplies as well as current and projected population and water demands.
