PROJECT MANAGER <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br /> <br />HISHAM (HUTCH) <br /> <br />Mr. Musallam is a project manager for the water and wastewater engineering group. <br />He specializes in water and wastewater treatment system design and evaluations, <br />biosolids dewatering and management and hydraulic evaluations of treatment <br />systems. Mr. Musallam is experienced in conducting and supervising bench scale <br />treatability studies and in trouble-shooting and start-up assistance. He has managed <br />conceptual, preliminary and final design for construction projects totaling more than <br />$75 million. <br /> <br />REPRESENTATIVE WATER PROJECTS INCLUDE: <br /> <br />. City of Beaumont, Texas - Project manager for the City of Beaumont's <br />Water Treatment Plant 14 MGD Expansion. The initial phase of the project <br />includes the evaluations of the City's water treatment plant, current and <br />future needs with respect to growth and the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) <br />requirements. The plant is being expanded to 40 MGD with provisions for <br />another 10 MGD in capacity in the near future. The project includes the <br />addition of a 50 MGD rapid mix facility, two 10 MGD solids contact clarifiers, <br />replacement of the existing filters with dual media filters with air scour <br />having, chemical feed modifications and the addition of chlorine dioxide as a <br />primary disinfectant. <br /> <br /> <br />City of Beaumont, Texas - Project manager for the City's water treatment <br />plant five million gallon clearwell and high service/filter backwash pump <br />station. The project included a two compartment, five million gallon baffled <br />c1earwell, high service pump station, and miscellaneous chlorination and <br />chemical feed improvements. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. City of Beaumont, Texas - Project manager for the Lawson Canal and Raw <br />Water System Improvements.
