Basic AlE services fee $338.000 <br />Reference Appendix A-Preliminary Project Budget <br />Fees to be billed monthly by percent complete of each Phase as follows: <br />Schematic Phase 20% <br />Design Development 20% <br />Construction Document 30% <br />Bidding 5% <br />Construction Administration 25% <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />100% <br /> <br />The initial Building Construction Budget is set at $3,759,000 (Reference Appendix <br />"A"). This budget may be adjusted from time to time by City authorization. The <br />Architect will receive no adjustment in the fixed fee should the actual accepted <br />construction bid amount vary from the budget and subsequently be approved by City. <br /> <br />B. Professional Cost Estimating Services fee $1 LOOO <br />Detailed Cost Estimates shall be provided at Schematic and Design Development <br />phases. (10,000). <br />Architectural Coordination ($1,000). <br /> <br />C. Interior Design and FF&E selection fee $38.000 <br />Selection, specification, and installation of furniture, and related equipment will be <br />provided as part of Basic Services. Reference Appendix C. Cost of these services shall <br />be $30,000. <br />Architectural coordination of all FF&E items will be $8,000 Services to be billed by <br />percent complete. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />D. Acoustical. AN consultant fees $12.000 <br />Acoustical Sound Engineering and Audio Visual for training/Court Room ($11,000) <br />Architectural Coordination ($1,000). <br /> <br />,I <br /> <br />E. Civil Engineering fees $7.000 <br />Civil Engineering Services including property line/topography verification, platting, <br />site horizontal control, water and sewer plans, utility plans, drainage maps, paving <br />plans, grading plans, erosion control, and utility coordination.
