Section 3. That the form ofthe Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of Application, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of Application, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Section 5. That the City of Paris I s participation in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition created by Lamar County be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 6. That the Chief of the Paris Police Department be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as the representative of the City of Paris on the Lamar County Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition. Section 7.
