<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />2003-155 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PARIS ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />OCTOBER 1, 2003, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2004; MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Paris Economic Development Corporation has presented its budget for <br />the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2003, and ending September 30,2004; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate that said budget, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be accepted <br />and approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the proposed budget for the Paris Economic Development Corporation, <br />for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2003, and ending September 30, 2004, be, and the same <br />is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> <br />Section 3.
