RESOLUTION NO. 2003-131 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO LEASE AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2001, BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND ANSTEORRA, INC, D.B.A. STARNET ONLINE SYSTEMS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 12th day of November, 2001, in Resolution No. 2001-177, approve the execution ofa Lease Agreement with ANSTEORRA, Inc, d.b.a StarNet Online Systems for the use of space on the City's water tower on 24th Street N.E. for the placement of antennas; and, WHEREAS, the terms of the Lease are in need of revision, and it is deemed appropriate that Addendum Number One, in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated November 12,2001, between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and ANSTEORRA, Inc, d.b.a. StarNet Online Systems, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, said Addendum Number One, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage. \X)~ PASSED AND APPROVED thisllth day of August, 2003. o
