<br />Agreement No.55080 <br /> <br />19.2.1 Temporarily withhold cash payments pending correction of the deficiency <br />by Subrecipient; <br /> <br />19.2.2 Disallow (that is, deny both use of funds and any applicable matching <br />credit for) all or part of the cost of the activity or action not in compliance; <br /> <br />19.2.3 Wholly or partially suspend or terminate the current award; <br /> <br />19.2.4 Exercise any other available remedies. <br /> <br />SECTION 20 - Sectarian Activity <br /> <br />None of the activities or performances rendered under this Agreement shall involve, and <br />no portion of the funds received by Subrecipient shall be used for any sectarian or <br />religious activity. <br /> <br />SECTION 21 - Political Activity <br /> <br />None of the activities or performances rendered hereunder by the Subrecipient shall <br />involve and no portion of the funds received by the Subrecipient shall be used for any <br />political activity, including but not limited to any activity to further the election or defeat <br />of any candidate for public office, or any activity undertaken to influence the passage, <br />defeat, or final contents of legislation. <br /> <br />SECTION 22 - Rights in Data, Copyrights and Publication <br /> <br />TEEX will be free to publish the results of all work done under this Agreement. <br />Ownership of all data produced under this Agreement will remain with TEEX. Title to <br />and the right to determine the disposition of any copyrights, or copyrightable material, <br />first produced or composed in the performance of this Agreement shall remain with <br />TEEX, provided that TEEX shall grant to Subrecipient an irrevocable, royalty-free, non- <br />exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and use all such data and copyrightable material <br />for its own use, but not for any commercial purpose. <br /> <br />SECTION 23 - Governing Law <br /> <br />This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the <br />State of Texas. <br /> <br />9 <br />
