<br />adjustments to be implemented in accordance with said contracts, for Tenaska III, Lamar County <br />Water Supply District, Lamar Power Partners, and Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply <br />Corporation, with any adjustments for Campbell Soup to be deferred pending negotiation, <br />preparation, and approval of a new water purchase contract <br /> <br />Section 4. That, as a result of said recommended rate adjustments, the volumetric rate for <br />Tenaska III shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.72 per hundred cubic feet of water; the <br />volumetric rate for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken at the intake point at the <br />treatment plant, shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.56 per hundred cubic feet of water; the <br />volumetric rate for Lamar County Water Supply District for water taken from the distribution <br />system shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $1.64 per hundred cubic feet of water; the volumetric <br />rate for raw water taken by Lamar Power Partners shall be and is hereafter adjusted to $0.22803 <br />per thousand gallons of water; and the volumetric rate for Marvin, Jennings, Clardy Water Supply <br />Corporation, adjusted for CPI inflation, shall be and is hereafter continued at the rate of$2.32 per <br />thousand gallons of water. <br /> <br />Section 5.
