The said Lot 5 being <br />a part of the property as described in a General Warranty Deed from Wanda Whitaker, <br />Becky Swain Skinner, and Freddie Swain to Weldon Hilliard ET AL, a Texas General <br />Patmership, dated July 12,2001 of record in Real Property 1105 Page 293, Real <br />Property Records, Lamar County, Texas.
