The said Lot 4 being <br />a part of the property as described in a Special Warranty Deed from Consolidated <br />Nutrition, L.c., an Iowa Limited Liability Company to Rodgers-Wade Manufacturing <br />Company Inc., dated December 19,1994 of record in Volume 498 Page 45 Real Property <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas.
