( If <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES <br />City of Paris <br />0.0348 Acres <br />Lamar County, Texas <br />March 2003 <br /> <br />Being 0.0348 acres ofland, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract No. 786, <br />also being a part of a called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from L. Franklin Taylor to <br />James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on December 11,2000, recorded in Vol. 1033, Page 185 <br />of the Real Property Records of said County.
